Trafile Turconi is specialist in design and production of dies and inserts for pasta makers and industrial producers of both fresh and dried pasta products.
We are able to produce extrusion dies for every type and make of pasta machines, besides we supply interchangeable die inserts, with or without teflon linings.
Trafile Turconi is able to assist their clients with the design and production of specialized shapes in addition to all the traditional shapes for long and shorts cut pasta.
We also supply dies and cutters for the production of Penne, traditional conical type, or straight cut, and dies for sheet pasta with or without adjustable thickness.
