Trafile Turconi was founded in May 1995 by brothers Paolo and Mauro Turconi, each bringing to the new company many years of experience in the industry.

Design
|
All design work begins within the firm using CAD technology.
Die designs include those of linear and tubular dies, sheet dies, penne dies with direct-cut aeriation systems and some of the more diverse shapes.

Workshop
|
During the design phase of the facility, special attention was paid to the production area which houses the sophisticated CNC workcenters, all the while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
To be completed soon are two warehouses, one for raw materials and semi-finished products and the second for finished inserts, which will guarantee fast order turnaround.

Production
|
At the heart of die and insert production is the use of next generation CNC workcenters.
The company has always been at the forefront of technical innovation, periodically upgrading its manufacturing equipment. This equipment, in addition to yielding high-quality products and offering a high degree of production flexibility, assures maximum manufacturing accuracy.
